4. Kerakyatan yang dipimpin oleh hikmat kebijaksanaan dalam permusyawaratan perwakilan (Democracy guided by the inner wisdom of deliberations amongst representatives)
5. Keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia (Social justice for all people of Indonesia)
